This weekend workshop offers a comprehensive introduction to teaching yoga to children. Laura will cover key topics important to teaching yoga for early years, primary children and teens in a workshop which blends education, practical insights and loads of fun.
Handstand Club - Monthly Class with Matt Evans
In these monthly sessions, we will work as a group on various preps and drills aimed at helping you safely achieve a freestanding handstand. You will then be given an opportunity to work on your personal handstand practice, and receive personalised feedback on your progress and advice on how to move forward.
