Curious about Ashtanga Yoga but unsure where to start?
This four-week in-person course is designed for complete beginners and those new to the Ashtanga method. Taught in a relaxed, supportive setting, you’ll learn the foundations of this dynamic practice in a way that’s clear, accessible and engaging.

Each week we’ll build your knowledge step-by-step, with time to ask questions and guidance to help you practise at home between sessions.

You’ll learn to:

  • Practise Sun Salutations A & B with confidence

  • Understand and explore the key standing and seated postures

  • Adapt the practice to suit your body and energy levels

  • Breathe using the traditional technique (Ujjayi)

  • Experience the Mysore-style approach to self practice

  • Begin to understand the philosophy behind the Ashtanga system

By the end of the course, you'll feel stronger, more focused and ready to join our regular classes – or simply continue building your personal practice.

Whether you're brand new to yoga or returning after a break, this course offers a solid, inspiring start. And if you're already practising, it’s a great chance to reconnect with the essentials and refresh your understanding.
