Our Mysore-style Ashtanga class is a guided self-practice. That means you're moving through the Ashtanga sequence at your own pace, with your own breath – and the support of an experienced teacher who offers guidance, adjustments and encouragement tailored just for you.
Every body is different. We meet you where you are and help you progress safely as you build strength, stamina, focus and flexibility.
