This class will provide the foundations for a breathing practice that is applied to other aspects of your yoga practice (postures, meditation, chanting) as well as your life. The breath and the mind are intimately linked so by accessing one you will also be able to control the other. The practice works at a physical, mental, emotional and energetic level, nourishing them all.
