Yoga at Home: Videos & Resources for Your Practice
Practising yoga at home can be a challenge…
What should you practise? How long should you practise yoga at home for?
To help, we’ve compiled some videos and resources for you here. Use them to build your own home practice and incorporate a little yoga into each day.
We’ll keep adding more videos and resources for you. If you’ve not already, join our mailing list to make sure you don’t miss anything. You’ll find a sign up form at the bottom of this post.
Blue Healing Light Relaxation
This blue healing light relaxation works well as a practice in itself but it’s also a lovely way to end your asana (posture) practice. Lay back on your mat, make sure you’re warm and comfortable, then relax and follow along to the recording.

Lengthening the Breath Exercise
This simple breathing exercise can help us begin to gradually lengthen the breath and slow the breathing down. It’s great to practice at any time of the day. Find a comfortable seat and give it a go!
Focused Breathing Exercise
You can do this breathing exercise any time of the day. It’s great to do first thing in the morning to get a little bit focused before you start your day. It can be helpful at night if you’re struggling to sleep. And it can be really good to do before you start your asana/posture practice to steady the breath and bring your focus to your breathing.
