Our Monday evening Yoga for Beginners class with Nicola Park is the perfect introduction to yoga.

This class draws inspiration from a number of different styles and yoga traditions. You’ll begin to move and stretch your body, become aware of your breathing and feel more focused and calm.

You can practice Yoga for Beginners with Nicola at home. She’s got two online on demand classes you can practice along to any time.

Yoga for Beginners: Build Focus & Concentration

Nicola’s latest full length class uses postures and breathing to help you build a little extra focus. In this class you’ll use the hakini mudra which is said to assist thinking, focus and concentration. Perfect if you find yourself working from home at the moment and need to get into a productive mindset.

 

Yoga for Beginners: Tune in to how you’re feeling

Tune in to how you’re feeling. Check in with how your body is feeling and what’s going on in your mind. Bring awareness to your breathing, make space in the body and centre yourself in the present moment.
