Understanding Ardha Baddha Padma Pashimottanasana

Ardha Baddha Padma Pashimottanasana comes fairly early on in the Ashtanga Primary Series. It can be a challenging posture and tricky to navigate especially if you have tight hamstrings, tight hips, tight shoulders or you struggle to sit up tall.

In the video below I share a few aspects of Ardha Baddha Padma Pashimottanasana to think about when you’re practising.
