This workshop will explore and help you understand the shoulder joint and how the different cogs move and interact.
Whether you’ve had (or still have) an injury or just want to learn how to respect those pesky pain receptors, then this workshop is for you. It’s aimed at every yoga practitioner of every level - whether you’re a hard core practitioner or a complete beginner, you can benefit from learning more about how your body moves!
Ana loves yoga and all that it brings to our lives, but believes in the importance of practising safely. She draws from her own experience of injury as well as her training and studies to help you progress without compromising your body.
All you need: Yoga mat, block/book, strap/belt, a willingness to learn!
