Your Guide – About Kerry
Kerry’s a yoga & wellbeing teacher based in Glasgow, Scotland. Her passion lies in facilitating retreat experiences that help spark joy in your body, mind and soul.
Kerry's first yoga retreat changed her life, and from that moment she knew she needed to make it her mission to bring the magic of retreats to as many people as possible. She moved to Thailand and managed a renowned yoga retreat centre there for 3 years & completed her yoga teacher training before moving back to the homeland to share the healing power of yoga retreats in bonnie Scotland.
Her yoga classes are always accessible practice to help ease the body and allow energy to flow. She understands that each student is an individual and focuses on helping you discern your unique needs; physical, emotional and energetic.
Expect classes which weave a soothing blend of asana (physical postures), pranayama (yogic breathing), sound and meditation.
