About Siobhan
Siobhan has been teaching yoga for over 20 years and is one of only a handful of teachers in the UK qualified in advanced pranayama through long-term study at Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute in India with Sri O. P. Tiwari and Sudhir Tiwari. She brings warmth, precision and a wealth of knowledge to her teaching, along with experience as an Ayurvedic lifestyle coach and university lecturer in complementary health.
