These monthly online and in-person sessions are intended for anyone who wishes to deepen their knowledge and understanding of the traditional breathing techniques which make up the 4th limb of Yoga – Pranayama.
Each month Siobhan will take you step by step through this breath work. These practices will improve the flow of Prana through the vital paths within you; increase your energy levels and decrease stress (you can feel this immediately!); and enhance many aspects of your life with their long-term benefits.
The intention for these classes is for you to be observed and mentored on a journey which will give you enough to work on month to month in order to progress every time you meet. Practices will become deeper over time and Siobhan will assess you through traditional pulse diagnostics so that your practice is tailored to your own body’s needs.
This is a beautiful science that has the ability to transform your thoughts and system for the better.
