ONLINE | Pranayama – Monthly Breath Class with Siobhan Fitzgerald

These monthly sessions are intended for anyone who wishes to deepen their knowledge and understanding of the traditional breathing techniques which make up the 4th limb of Yoga – Pranayama.

Each month Siobhan will take you step by step through this breath work. These practices will improve the flow of Prana through the vital paths within you; increase your energy levels and decrease stress (you can feel this immediately!); and enhance many aspects of your life with their long-term benefits.

The intention for these LIVE ONLINE classes is for you to be observed and mentored on a journey which will give you enough to work on month to month in order to progress every time you meet. Practices will become deeper over time and Siobhan will assess you through traditional pulse diagnostics so that your practice is tailored to your own body’s needs.

This is a beautiful science that has the ability to transform your thoughts and system for the better.

This class is perfect for everyone, whether you have an asana, pranayama or meditation practice and want to delve deeper into yoga, or are a complete beginner and want to start by understanding the breath.

About Siobhan

Siobhan has been a Yoga teacher over 20 years and is studying advanced Pranayama at the Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute in Lonavla, India. With the close of this four year study programme and 15 years of study and practice with her teachers Sri O P Tiwari and Sudhir Tiwari, Siobhan is looking forward to working with you in a very specialist way assisting in your own personal growth through the breath.

As well as being an expert tutor of Pranayama Siobhan is also an Ayurvedic massage therapist.
