ONLINE | Mindfulness (Part 2) Six Hour Intensive

If you’ve been practising Mindfulness meditation regularly you’ll maybe have noticed that you’re feeling better than before. You’re more aware of your thoughts and feelings too, and react differently to them.

So, what’s next? How can you explore further and deepen your practice?

Help is at hand with the second of our structured six hour online Mindfulness intensives with Patricia!

Still rooted in the traditions of zen this course is focused on building physical and mental health and wellbeing.

In this course you’ll explore how meditation and mindfulness can help with emotional stress, anxiety and depression on a deeper level. You’ll also consider Role Stress and Time Pressure and how you can apply zen mindfulness and meditation to help acknowledge, accept and heal the stress coming from these areas.

You’ll investigate the different fields in which mindfulness and meditation can elevate your function and potential. And discover that it’s all backed up by scientific research.

Finally you’ll explore mindfulness in action, practical ways in which your mindfulness and meditation practice can change your everyday life with the aim that you’re eventually able to practice ALL THE TIME and not just the time you give to your sitting practice.

Our structured six hour course runs over three weeks and is perfect for you if you’ve completed one of our Introduction to Mindfulness courses or you have some meditation experience.

What can you expect?

  • More practical mindfulness & meditation techniques;

  • Support and encouragement to use them in your daily life to improve your health & wellbeing;

  • Explore a new challenge every week including emotional stress, role stress & time pressure and elevated function & potential.

PLUS…

Everyone gets a recording of each guided meditation with the aim that you try to meditate daily and can contact Patricia any time with questions or uncertainties as you go.

Mindfulness is something we all have naturally, but it’s more readily available to us when we practice on a daily basis. Our course will help you develop your mindfulness techniques and give you the support you need to deepen your own practice.

We recommend that you attend all classes in the course.
