ONLINE | Mini Meditation Retreat with Patricia Galavis

Once you’ve developed the habit of a regular meditation practice, it’s really worthwhile to build in some retreat time now and then.

Spending time in retreat, even a short one, can truly help you boost your practice and find deeper insights opening up.

This Mini Meditation Retreat is live online and is for anyone who’s taken part in Patricia’s Mindfulness classes/courses or has a regular meditation practice.

What to expect:

• A 'taste' of what it’s like to sit for a bit longer;
• Space to deepen and nurture your practice;
• The opportunity to discuss your practice and/or the technique(s) with Patricia.

You’ll also be sitting with fellow meditators which has tremendous benefits and is highly recommended to be successful in meditation. It’s also advised to maintain an ongoing connection with a teacher. And the faster your practice develops, the more important this is!

During this retreat you’ll explore different Zen meditation techniques, in movement and stillness, in a way that is sustainable with your own experience in meditation. Each technique will be fully explained and guided during the mini retreat so don’t worry if your regular practice follows another tradition and you don't have experience in Zen meditation. If you’ve attended a Mindfulness course with Patricia you’ll be familiar with some of the techniques and some new techniques will be introduced too.
