Festive Flow. Two Teachers. One Great Cause.
Join MCY favourites Matt and Anne for their charity fundraiser here at Merchant City Yoga, Glasgow in December – a joyful and grounding Festive Flow in support of SAMH (Scottish Action for Mental Health), Scotland’s national mental health charity.
This two-hour class is split into three sections – Matt will offer a 45-minute Vinyasa flow, in which you’ll bring attention to breath, move with intention, and build a little heat to keep the winter chill at bay.
Then, Anne will slow things down with a Yin practice that brings an opportunity to release and, ultimately, turn inwards. We will finish with a cosy Yoga Nidra practice before an extended Savasana.
The third and final part is everyone’s favourite – cake! We’ll gather as a community to sample some tasty treats and celebrate the spirit of the season.
This special class costs £25
Includes SAMH vest and festive treats & refreshments
