30-Minute On Demand Lunchtime Yoga Taster Class
In our super busy work days it's really important to take time to refresh and recharge. That's why we offer special 40-minute lunchtime yoga classes to help ease off your morning tension and set you up for a turbo charged afternoon.
Lunchtime yoga is offered every Thursday 12.40-1.20pm as a hybrid class here at MCY. That means you can join us online if you're working from home or in the studio if you're back working in the city centre.
Each class begins with breathwork to help you find a calm space. You'll then flow through postures designed around a theme for the week. To finish, you'll have the opportunity to enjoy a guided rest so you can go back to work and about your day smiling and refreshed.
We know many of you will be straight back to work after class so don't worry, you won’t get sweaty!
To show you what lunchtime yoga is all about Fiona has recorded a 30-minute on demand taster class. On demand doesn't beat a live class, online or in-person, but we hope it'll help you get started and carve out a little time just for you during the day.
