Working with Common Injuries in Yoga Class | Workshop Series with Judi Farrell

  • Merchant City Yoga 2nd Floor, 49 Virginia Street Glasgow, Scotland, G1 1TS United Kingdom (map)

Helping and supporting your students (or yourself) to practise while working with injury is challenging. It can take a while to recover from injury and sometimes injury niggles can stay with you for a really long time!

Judi says: “As a yoga teacher I’m always looking for ways to help folk adapt their practice while they’re injured so they don’t think they have to stop until it’s better.”

During these workshops Judi will share her understanding and experience of injury and pain with you as well as share practical, effective and realistic alternatives for common yoga postures.

Teachers of all styles and students practising with pain/injury are warmly welcomed.

You can join any individual workshop for £39 or book all three for £99.
