Spring is a time of new beginnings, growth, and renewal. Just as the world around us begins to blossom, we too start the process of unfurling, opening ourselves up to new cycles of possibility.
This day retreat provides the perfect opportunity for you to nurture the seeds of inspiration that have been sprouting beneath the surface of your subconscious during the winter months, consciously tending to the tendrils of creativity that are beginning to reach through the surface.
Starting the day with energising asana practices to help you tap into your vital energy, you’ll be guided through practices of pranayama and chanting to catalyse your inspiration.
Throughout the day you’ll enjoy guided meditations, somatic movement practices and sound healing, and you’ll have plenty of time to spend journaling to help you get clear on what you need in order to fully thrive in the coming months.
You’ll spend the day in community with beautiful humans and have the opportunity to connect and share in our safe and nurturing circle. We’ll enjoy a nutritious and energising meal together, as well as delicious snacks and herbal teas.

About Kerry
Kerry's first yoga retreat changed her life, and from that moment she knew she needed to make it her mission to bring the magic of retreats to as many people as possible. She moved to Thailand and managed a renowned yoga retreat centre there for 3 years & completed her yoga teacher training before moving back to the homeland to share the healing power of yoga retreats in bonnie Scotland.
Kerry is a yoga & wellbeing teacher based in Glasgow. She loves sharing regular studio classes but her passion lies in facilitating retreat experiences that help spark joy in your body, mind and soul. Her yoga classes are always accessible practice to help ease the body and allow energy to flow. She understands that each of her students is an individual and focuses on helping them understand their unique needs; physical, emotional and energetic.
Expect classes which weave a soothing blend of asana (physical postures), pranayama (yogic breathing), sound and meditation.
