Rest is essential. Taking time to rest fully can help us feel calmer, more easeful and joyful in our day to day lives. When we rest, we still and quiet the body and mind, moving towards balance as we relax.
This in-person class will begin with slow, gentle movements to help you gradually settle into stillness. We’ll then explore some restorative yoga postures and bring class to a close with a deep savasana.
We’ll spend time in these poses, longer than you’re maybe used to, the body comfortable, relaxed and fully supported by props.
A selection of props will be available for you to use during class. We'll also suggest a few extra items to bring from home to support and deepen your practice.
