The turning of the year is always a reflective time where you have the opportunity to set the tone for the year ahead. Rather than setting new year's resolutions that can leave you feeling 'less-than', gather together in community and cultivate positive vibrations that will resonate throughout 2025.
Guided by practices of yoga asana, pranayama, chanting, and journaling, you'll spend the day nurturing positive manifestations for the year ahead.
In the morning you'll reflect on 2024, identify what has / has not been serving you and practice some techniques to help release any unhelpful patterns you may identify. You'll do this with an attitude of self love and acceptance for past versions of yourself.
After sharing a warm and comforting lunch, you'll focus on your intentions for the year ahead and gain clarity on what you want to embody moving forward into this new year.

About Kerry
Kerry's first yoga retreat changed her life, and from that moment she knew she needed to make it her mission to bring the magic of retreats to as many people as possible. She moved to Thailand and managed a renowned yoga retreat centre there for 3 years & completed her yoga teacher training before moving back to the homeland to share the healing power of yoga retreats in bonnie Scotland.
Kerry is a yoga & wellbeing teacher based in Glasgow. She loves sharing regular studio classes but her passion lies in facilitating retreat experiences that help spark joy in your body, mind and soul. Her yoga classes are always accessible practice to help ease the body and allow energy to flow. She understands that each of her students is an individual and focuses on helping them understand their unique needs; physical, emotional and energetic.
Expect classes which weave a soothing blend of asana (physical postures), pranayama (yogic breathing), sound and meditation.
