Keeping your hips and pelvis healthy in your yoga practice and day-to-day is really important. Whether you’ve noticed an imbalance or just want to deepen your practice, this workshop is for you.

“Anatomy” and “biomechanics” can be scary and overwhelming terms especially if you’ve never studied anything like that before! This workshop has been structured to be easily understood and accessible for all levels from beginners to yoga teachers, non-yoga practitioners and even those who’ve never heard these words until today!

Ana has worked hard to make this workshop accessible to anyone who wants to learn about the body and how it moves.

Here are a few things that you’ll learn about in this workshop:

  • Anatomy of the hips and surrounding muscles;

  • How do we use the muscles to stabilise the hips, and keep them safe? What can we do to strengthen further?

  • How your workout/yoga practice can be lacking and causing you pain;

  • Getting your hyper mobility in check;

  • How to sequence your yoga to help you avoid/correct common injuries.

So bring your yoga mat, comfortable clothes, maybe a block or a couple of books, a notebook and a curious mind!
