This 45 hour course is ideal for anyone working with children, yoga teachers who want to teach this age group, or parents who are looking for ways to share yoga with their families. There are no pre-requisites to attend this course. All we ask is that you have a current yoga practice and are passionate about children’s health and wellbeing.

Continuing Education
This workshop is a specialist training course registered with Yoga Pros (www.theyogapros.com) and is registered with Yoga Alliance (www.yogaalliance.org). It provides 28 contact hours and 17 non-contact hours directly relating to Techniques, Training & Practice (16.5hr); Teaching Methodology (21hr); Anatomy & Physiology (3.5hr); and Yoga Philosophy, Lifestyle & Ethics (4hr). Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion on request.

You can choose to pay in full or we’re offering a payment plan to help you spread out the cost over multiple instalments:
Payment plan:
1) Non-refundable deposit: £165 to be paid upon registration to secure a spot in the course
2) Instalments: The remaining balance of £420 divided into three instalments:
- First instalment £140 - 8 January 2027
- Second instalment £140 - 5 February 2027
- Third and final instalment £140 - 5 March 2027

About Sarah
Sarah Brannen discovered yoga as a student around the year 2000. Her journey into teaching began in 2013, when she trained to teach baby yoga and founded Warm Hearts Yoga.
Sarah is a senior yoga teacher. She has a rich history of working with children, having assisted at a local dance academy and worked as a secondary teacher before starting her own family.
Sarah’s extensive training includes:
Birthlight Training: Specialising in baby and toddler yoga.
Rainbow Kids Training: To teach children and families
200hr Yoga Training with CYS: Enabling her to teach adult yoga classes.
200+ hours of Advanced teacher training plus ongoing CPD.
Sarah has taught yoga to children of all ages in various settings, including community classes, private nurseries, schools, and after-school clubs. She values the imagination, enthusiasm, and curiosity that children bring to yoga practice.
