INSTUDIO | Working with Common Injuries in Yoga Class - Knees

  • Merchant City Yoga 2nd Floor, 49 Virginia Street Glasgow, Scotland, G1 1TS United Kingdom (map)

Helping and supporting your students (or yourself) to practise while working with injury is challenging.

During this workshop we’ll explore options for working with common knee injuries in the yoga room. You’ll:

  • Become more familiar with how the knee works and the basics of common knee challenges;

  • Learn practical options to work with in yoga class when working with knee injuries;

  • Build your confidence in knowing when you can offer guidance and direction to students.

It will not help you diagnose, treat or prescribe.

No two bodies or injuries are the same but we’ll look at knee issues in familiar families of postures that may affect them. This will help you offer actionable alternatives to minimise the probability of further aggravating injury.

Workshop Cost £35
