Vinyasa yoga is a popular and fun practice that is diverse and rich, but there are many patterns we meet often in vinyasa classes that we move through quickly and which merit a closer look.
This specially structured in-person six-week course will explore the shapes and sequences of vinyasa, breaking them down and exploring the principles behind ‘flow’. These will lay the foundations to explore more adventurous postures and sequences as well as simply moving with more strength, grace and ease.
