A traditional, counted Intermediate/Second Series up to PINCHA MAYURASANA and moving from there into a Mysore style self practice.
Intermediate series, known in Sanskrit as Nadi Shodhana, is deeply cleansing and nourishing for the nervous system. Moving through the postures with the traditional counted vinyasa develops stamina, discipline and understanding and brings yet another level of focus and depth to your practice.
To join this class we’d like you to have been practising the Intermediate series postures up to Eka Pada Sirsasana regularly. You don’t have to be accomplished but you do need a willingness to try!
