Join author and yoga teacher Nadia for an afternoon of practise, tea and conversation.
The afternoon will kick off with a 90 minute dynamic energising practice which involves moving from one posture to the next through a flowing vinyasa sequence. You'll move from sun salutations, standing and seated postures into a meditative finishing sequence designed to rest the body and quieten the mind. The class will end with Yoga Nidra which is designed to deeply rest the body and awaken the mind.
After class you’ll have the opportunity to hear our very own Nicole McMahon in conversation with Nadia about her book The Yoga Manifesto and ask any questions you might have. You'll also have the opportunity to buy Nadia's book (if you've already got a copy of the book feel free to bring it along if you'd like to get it signed!).
Session Cost £25
