As the days draw in and autumn takes hold, our bodies too yearn to submit to the whims of the season. The urge to coorie-in, slow down and let go of anything that may be weighing us down is reflected all around us.

Cocoon is an invitation for you to do the same.This day retreat is designed to nurture your body, soothe your nervous system and guide you into a state of deep rest and reflection.

During this one day retreat, you’ll be held in a gentle and supportive space, starting the day with grounding yoga to reconnect with your body’s natural rhythms. Through restorative movement, breathwork, guided meditation, journaling, and sound healing, you’ll be invited to cocoon yourself in stillness and self-compassion.

Together with Kerry, you’ll enjoy a day of nourishing practices and heart warming food, carefully curated to envelop you in comfort.

This day retreat will provide you with the space and opportunity to slow down, listen and honour what your body needs during this change in the season.

Your Guide – About Kerry

Kerry’s a yoga & wellbeing teacher based in Glasgow, Scotland.

Her passion lies in facilitating retreat experiences that help spark joy in your body, mind and soul. She says: “Autumn is by far my favourite season of the year, and I am so excited to share this retreat to honour this special time of the year together.”

Kerry's first yoga retreat changed her life, and from that moment she knew she needed to make it her mission to bring the magic of retreats to as many people as possible. She moved to Thailand and managed a renowned yoga retreat centre there for 3 years & completed her yoga teacher training before moving back to the homeland to share the healing power of yoga retreats in bonnie Scotland.

Her yoga classes are always accessible practice to help ease the body and allow energy to flow. She understands that each student is an individual and focuses on helping you discern your unique needs; physical, emotional and energetic.

Expect classes which weave a soothing blend of asana (physical postures), pranayama (yogic breathing), sound and meditation.
