A seasonal evening of deep rest at Merchant City Yoga with Ema, Rachael and Nicole.
As the year unfolds, we invite you to pause, soften and settle into stillness with this quarterly Candlelit Meditation & Yoga Nidra at Merchant City Yoga.
Held by the gentle glow of candlelight, this 90-minute session is designed to support deep rest and nervous system reset, offering space to slow down, reflect and reconnect with yourself in the midst of everyday life.
You’ll be guided through meditation and Yoga Nidra – often described as yogic sleep – a deeply restorative practice where you simply lie down, get comfortable and listen with Mantra to end the session. No experience is needed. You can rest on a mat, or by a wall, wrapped in blankets, or sit if that feels better for you.
The sessions will be hosted by MCY teachers Ema, Nicole and Rachael, who come together to create a calm, welcoming & nourishing environment rooted in community and care.
These candlelit gatherings will take place quarterly in March, June and September, with a separate charity edition returning in December as a festive charity tradition at MCY.
