Candlelit Meditation & Yoga Nidra in aid of Fareshare Glasgow| INSTUDIO & VIRTUAL

  • Merchant City Yoga 2nd Floor, 49 Virginia Street Glasgow, Scotland, G1 1TS United Kingdom (map)

This magical event lies at the very heart of our festive celebrations and I’m delighted to welcome back Ema Čulík and introduce Rachael Middlemiss to share in this extra special gathering.

You can join us in our cosy studio or connect from the comfort of your own home. Don’t let worries about sitting still or staying focused stop you. Make yourself comfortable, you can even sit in a chair—just make sure it's not too comfy!

In the warm embrace of candlelight, and in the company of others, your mind calms and your heart opens allowing for a gentle yet profound connection with your inner self and the world around you.

For those joining us in the studio, the festivities will continue afterwards with freshly brewed spiced chai tea and my homemade cranberry mince pies and christmas cookies.

And if you're joining us online, you won’t miss out! I’ll be sharing my treasured recipes so that you can enjoy them from afar.

In the true spirit of the season, every single penny earned from this magical event will be donated to Fareshare Glasgow (administered in Glasgow by Move On SC026983). This remarkable organisation works tirelessly to redistribute high-quality surplus food to groups working with vulnerable people in and around Glasgow and the West of Scotland.

This very special event costs just £15. You can even choose to pay a little more knowing that every single penny will be donated to Fareshare Glasgow, a local food redistribution charity.

Meditation by candlelight is a truly special experience. The power of coming together with heartfelt generosity creates ripples of love that spread far and wide.
