MCY’s Got Talent! Online Classes From Our Yoga Teacher Training Graduates

cysglasgow-ttgraduates-2019.jpg

One of last year’s yoga teacher training graduates recorded a fantastic class for me to offer online during the challenging times we find ourselves in just now. Her Yoga Flow for Sports class was all Amanda’s own idea and she did a really great job.

And it got me thinking…

Would any of her class mates like to create and record a class for me to share with our MCY family?

I’m so proud of all of our graduates and this gives me the chance to shamelessly celebrate our teacher training programme and the teachers we’ve trained.

And it allows me to offer more free resources to help and support anyone who needs us during these tough times.

The brief was simply to create a class that made their heart sing and here’s what they’ve chosen to share…
