6-Minute Lunchtime Yoga Taster Flow With Matt Evans

There’s nothing better than that Friday feeling as the week draws to a close. Things can often feel lighter and brighter as we look toward to the weekend and leave the working week behind.

You can take those feel-good Friday vibes to the next level with our 45-minute Lunchtime Yoga Flow every Friday 12.30pm till 1.15pm. Led by the one and only Matt Evans, these sessions will get your blood flowing and your body moving. At the same time they’ll offer you the opportunity to find some space and stillness, to re-calibrate after the week and step fully into the moment.

Matt’s lunchtime classes feature short vinyasa-style sequences to help you develop 360-degree strength, flexibility, balance and body awareness while harnessing the breath and focusing the mind.

You can leave the turbulence of the outside world behind, enter into MCY’s tranquil studio space or join online to flow, breathe and take a rejuvenating yoga break.
