10-Minute Lunchtime Ashtanga Yoga Taster Class With Jean McInerney

What better way to spend lunchtime than taking in a yoga class?

We're delighted to welcome Jean McInerney to the teaching team here at MCY this New Year. She'll be in the studio every Wednesday lunchtime offering an all levels Ashtanga Yoga class. You can also join online if it's tricky to get into the city centre at lunchtimes.

Jean's 45-minute Lunchtime Ashtanga Yoga class will improve your flexibility, build your fitness and strength. Helping you feel calmer and more clear minded thoughout the day.

In class you’ll focus on standing postures as you begin to work on your strength, flexibility and balance. Over time you'll learn the sequence of postures and develop an understanding of how the breath works with the movement.

Jean has shared a short 10-minute taster class video with us to give you a feel of what to expect in her new lunchtime class. She'll get you moving and warmed up but not too sweaty if you're heading back to the office.

Everyone is welcome, whether you are completely new to yoga or haven’t been to class for a while. Jean can't wait to welcome you to her new Lunchtime Ashtanga Yoga class every Wednesday 12.30pm - 1.15pm.

45 minutes is just enough time to be able to experience all benefits and of course saving a little time for relaxation too!

We even have a special Lunchtime Six Class Pass £45 (that's £7.50 per class!) Or you can Drop-in to any lunchtime class for just £9.
