The gift that keeps on giving - Yogability, 'The Chai Sessions'

Debbie Richie is the founder of Yogability, a very wonderful charity working here in Glasgow. Yogability provide free yoga to children and adults with special needs, their families and carers in our community.

At MCY we support Yogability with fundraising every year in the form of our 108 Sun Salutations challenge. This year's Sun Salutations event on Saturday 17th December will be our 10th which is incredible. But that also means Yogability have been doing their amazing work for over 10 years too which is even more INCREDIBLE!

In our chat, we start by hearing a little of Debbie's story and how Yogability began. She goes on to describe the important work that Yogability do and how beneficial and necessary it is to everyone they work with.

Debbie shares a little about what your generous donations and fundraising have helped Yogability do over the years and how important your continued support is.

This is an emotional, heartfelt chat you won’t want to miss.

Pop the kettle on, get yourself comfy and come and join us.

So many of you have joined our 108 Sun Salutations over the years to fundraise for Yogability. We can't thank you enough. Your contribution has helped Yogability continue to provide free yoga to children and adults with special needs, their families and carers.

We need your help to do it again this year. Join us on Saturday 17th December in the studio or online. Book your place now and let's get fundraising together.

Even if you can't make it to this year's 108 Sun Salutations event you can still donate, support our 108ers and Yogability's amazing work. No amount is too little and every penny raised will make a huge difference to the classes and services they offer. Make a donation here
