A gentle, nourishing movement practice
We're made and designed to move. Even the simplest of movements can feel very nourishing on all levels. Helping us move through the days and weeks with a little more ease.
In our new on demand video I share a short gentle movement practice.
This practice is lovely to do on it's own but if you've got extra time it's even better to add in one of our short breathing exercise videos before. Then take the time afterwards to finish with one of our recorded guided relaxations or yoga nidra.
You can even use this short simple sequence to begin to introduce movement and breathing to the body before starting to work on a stronger practice.
