Guided Relaxation Audio Downloads For Rest, Calm & Clarity

A guided relaxation works as a practice on it’s own but it’s also a lovely way to end your yoga asana (posture) practice. You can practice them at any time of the day. All you need is 5-10 minutes and a quiet spot where you can lie down and relax.

Guided relaxations can help you find stillness and encourage positive, creative thinking. These practices promote rest, calm, clarity and can help to relieve stress and anxiety too. You can completely let go and let your mind, body and emotions be at ease.

We’ve recorded a few guided relaxations for you below…

5 MINUTE Guided Relaxation

Only have 5 minutes? No problem. This guided relaxation is perfect if you’re a little short on time and need a few moments to rest and relax. You can use it any time of day. It’s like hitting the reset button, calming the mind and body. Try it on your lunch break or at the end of a busy day. It’s great for using at the end of your yoga asana practice too.
